POLICY: Rep. Lauren Boebert Adds Four Amendments to House DOD Appropriations Bill

As part of Congresswoman Lauren Boebert’s promise to push 12 single-subject appropriations bills through the House, Republicans passed the Department of Defense Appropriations Bill late last week which included four amendments introduced by Rep. Boebert. You can read more about the amendments here.
The amendments include more funding to research combat-related injuries, the procurement of MK107 cartridges, and more funding to stop the flow of fentanyl into our country. Most importantly, these amendments will benefit 3rd District companies like the Steadman Clinic in Basalt and Valor Tactical Innovation in Grand Junction.
